Hi, I'm Charlyn

I've been helping people from all around the globe find long-term relief from IBS.

As a Monash Trained FODMAP Dietitian with more than 10 years of clinical experience in nutrition, I have developed my signature FODMAP Focus Program to help people just like you who are suffering from distressing gut problems like bloating, tummy discomfort, diarrhoea and/or constipation.

Having first-hand experience with food intolerances and digestive issues, I've developed a keen interest in nutrition and gut health. The FODMAP Focus Program is based on a combination of scientific evidence in IBS research and my personal experience dealing with IBS.

I am super passionate about IBS nutrition and feel very fortunate to be working in an area I love. It brings me so much joy to see lives transformed when my clients learn how to gain control of their symptoms and find freedom from painful & embarassing gut symptoms.
