Hello! I'm Charlyn, the Founder & Creator of my signature FODMAP Focus Program. I'm a Monash University Certified FODMAP Dietitian & Accredited Practising Dietitian. I've more than 10 years of clinical experience and I specialise in IBS & digestive health conditions. I've worked extensively in gastroenterology, paediatrics, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances. I'm also a qualified Paediatric Dietitian & Credentialed Diabetes Educator.
Having suffered from IBS, I have first-hand experience and completely understand the daily struggles of living with frustrating gut issues. I'm a firm believer of using a natural, food-first approach to managing IBS & I'm super passionate about empowering IBS sufferers to gain control of their symptoms.
